Starting on 9th May after maintenance, and lasting until 4th June before maintenance the Balloon Event is active.
On slaying monsters you have a chance to get a Balloon Box which contains either a red, blue, yellow, green, or black balloon.
Pop the balloon to get a buff for your character for 1 hour, and also a low chance to get an item as a reward!

But that's not all!
Harlequin and some monkeys have stolen valuable chests from the Circus. Hopefully you'll be able to find them. They're scattered over the main continent, Trainee Island, and Veiled Island.
If you find one, simply open it and confront the thieves.
Each day you shall be given x10 Circus Chest Manuscript, using this shall inform you of how many chests are still on the map.
Chests shall be refreshed every hour. (00:00, 01:00, 02:00...) and shall you will have 50 minutes to find them until they disappear (00:50, 01:50, 02:50...)
Opening a Circus Chest will spawn either 0-5 Thieving Monkeys or 1 Mastermind Harlequin (Boss).
You may find a Mastermind Harlequin at a certain rate after having at least 11 Thieving Monkeys spawn.

0-10: 0%
11: 10%
12: 20%
13: 30%
14: 40%
15: 50%
16: 60%
17: 70%
18: 80%
19: 90%
20+: 100%
When you manage to spawn a boss, your Thieving Monkey rate is set back to 0.
You can only spawn 10 Mastermind Harlequin per day.
Opening a chest which contains Thieving Monkeys shall grant 10AP.
Opening a chest which contains a Mastermind Harlequin shall grant 50AP.
